How do I restore my premium purchase on a new device?
Open the paywall — either by trying to add a 3rd trip or by tapping Next Fact after the free facts run out. Tap Restore Purchases and sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
I purchased premium but the app still asks me to upgrade.
Force-quit the app and reopen it — Pixie TripTock re-verifies your purchase with the App Store on launch. If it's still stuck, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Still no luck? Email us with your purchase date and we'll sort it out.
Why can I only add two trips?
The free tier supports up to two simultaneous trip countdowns. Premium unlocks unlimited countdowns plus every Disney fact in the catalog.
I've run out of free facts. What now?
Free users get one pass through the curated free fact set per park. Premium unlocks the full set and shuffles them forever — so you'll never see the same fact twice in a row.
My countdown is off by an hour.
The countdown uses your device's local time. Open Settings → General → Date & Time on iPhone and confirm Set Automatically is on. Daylight Saving transitions can briefly shift the time by an hour until your device syncs.
Will you add my favorite park?
We currently cover Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney Studios Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney, Tokyo Disney, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. Got a suggestion? We'd love to hear it.
